Drakkar Noir By Guy Laroche

This classic has its roots in the legend Eau Sauvage by Chirsitan Dior. The starting notes are citrus and sweet. There is a nice creamy texture to the initial stages. As it drys down, one would notice the herbs and woodish dryness that reamins for an exceptional  period of time. This scent does not turn sour unlike other cheaper wannabes. Drakkar Noir made an execptional effort in emulating the Golden Boy of citrus scents – the unmatched Eau Sauvage. The notes does get milder and sweeter as it slowly drys out. The residual scent is what most loyals from coming back for me. It speaks mountains that Drakkar Noir is the only fragrance that Guy Laroche has blessed us with. Its tell of a man who is confident, respectable and respecful. A must have if you are one of the more appreciative fragrance collector as it will not be a dissapointment.
